Interior unmarked with tanned pages; a few spots of cooking soil, smudges and age spots but mostly clean; ingredients in red and directions in black; full-page colour illustrations, and some black & white drawings. ‘Includes Menus for one week in every month of the year, and a simple recipe for every cooked food listed in the menus.
