Interior clean and unmarked with a bit of rust on staples; black & white illustrations. ‘The regulator comprises a float gear unit working in conjunction with a separate check valve, and is designed to maintain a steady feed through the pump and heaters to the boiler, equivalent to the rate of evaporation.’ (from p. 1)
