Very good; binding sound with headbands; bit of soil and age toning to boards; bit of soil on outer page blocks; red top stains; spines a bit darkened. Red slip case with paste-on label shows edge and cover wear, some scrapes and age spotting, 3 ¾” tear along top edge. Book interiors are clean and unmarked; black & white illustrations plus full page colour illustrations.
