Good plus; blue buckram with decorations on front, spine and rear board; black lettering on front and spine. Some edge, corner and spine end wear, a bit of board exposed at corners, some short tears to cloth at spine ends; a few small marks on boards. Binding sound with a slight lean. Prior owner’s name and date on verso of FEP; binding cracked at front and rear hinges, title page and last page of text browned but not brittle (believe from off-setting); title page from mid to bottom detached at gutter. Pages are clean and unmarked; foxing on outer page block and first and last few pages, with only an occasional small spot/smudge within. The Pansy Series.
