Thomas Nelson and Sons, Toronto, 1958.  Soft cover with stapled wraps, 50 pages including Foreword and Historical Preface to 1st edition.  Wraps show a bit of edge wear, small marks on front wrap, light creases, faded moisture mark along spine edge of rear wrap.  Interior clean and unmarked with lightly toned pages.  Epic tale in verse of Adam Dollard, approximately 17 other volunteers and about 40 Huron allies who fought at the Battle of the Long Sault against the Iroquois.  Dollard and his men died along with many Huron, after which the Iroquois returned to their home, possibly saving Ville Marie (Montreal) from being attacked by the Iroquois.
