Illustrated boards show all-around wear; laminate lifting in places with some missing. Corners worn with board exposed; small loss at spine head; heavy wear along spine edges front and rear. It appears page block has been re-glued to spine strip, with front and rear paste-downs and end papers split. Small abrasion and crayon mark on FEP; crayon letters in text on page 7 and 9 with all text readable; page 11 has number circled in crayon. No other marks or soil noted; occasional age spot. Illustrations in full colour and others two-tone. Stories by Hans Christian Andersen, The Brothers Grimm, and Henri Troyat; ‘The Story of the Nutcracker’ by Alexandre Dumas.
