Information Canada, Ottawa, 1974.  Trade size soft cover, 723 pages including Index.  Very good; wraps show some edge and cover wear, age toning and light soil; outer page block has some soil and faded damp stain on top edge; binding sound with some reading creases.  Inked notation on title page: ‘Tabled in House of Commons 11:15 a.m., January 31, 1975’ and prior owner’s stamp ‘His Honour Judge J. P. Kelly Courthouse, Whitby.’  Remainder of interior clean and unmarked.  Seven (7) fold-out maps bound in at rear.  Laid in is a letter from Justice Gibson on Federal Court of Canada letterhead to Judge J. P. Kelly.  ‘The existing Toronto International Airport, hereinafter called Malton Airport, should not be expanded beyond its present boundaries in order not to increase the degree of disturbance from flight operations to the people residing in the communities around Malton; the needs of the central Ontario market required that another international airport be established in addition to Malton; and a site near Pickering, Ontario, had been chosen for the location of a new International Airport, hereinafter called Pickering Airport.’ (from Constitution and Organization of Airport Inquiry Commission, p. 1)
